Open Mentor

OpenMentor consists of several components – In effect, the system consists of two major parts – (a) a learning system, that acquires feedback rules through a training set, and (b) a web interface that uses these rules to provide feedback to teachers.

The main aim of the OpenMentor project was to provide a learning support tool for teachers in further and higher education, which will help them by providing reflective comments on their assessment and feedback of student assignments and coursework.

After a long time offline, I finally got around to restoring my Subversion server - well, a different server, usually in my basement. The Subversion command to get a copy of the software for Open Mentor is:

svn checkout https://mini.wired4learning.com/svn/projects/OpenMentor

Read access is open, but if you want to write, just ask me for a username. The software is available as open source under the Apache License.
